Refund Policy

At 247 Quick Enterprises, our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which payments may be refunded in the event of order cancellations. It explains the eligibility criteria, processing timelines, and applicable deductions related to refund requests. Please review the following points for a complete understanding:

Cancellation After Payment
If your consultation request is accepted but later cancelled due to unforeseen or mitigating circumstances, you may either:

  • Request another consultation, or
  • Opt for a full refund.

A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 7 working days, and the refund will be credited to your account within 15–30 working days.

Over-payment / Underpayment

  • If your credit/debit card or payment account is overcharged, please notify us promptly at info@247quickenterprises.com
. The excess amount will be refunded to your account within 15 working days.
  • If the payment made is less than the actual fee, the outstanding amount will be debited from your payment account, and you will be informed accordingly.

General Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are only provided under the circumstances described in this policy.
  • In exceptional cases, our team may work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution. However, the maximum refund amount will never exceed the payment made to 247 Quick Enterprises for the specific service.
  • No refunds will be issued if 247 Quick Enterprises has fulfilled its obligations but the client fails to provide required documents, information, or clarifications necessary for service delivery.

Refund Request Timeline

  • Refund requests must be made within 36 hours of placing the order.
  • If the request is made within this period but the order has already been processed, no refund will apply.

Deductions
Except where otherwise decided by 247 Quick Enterprises’s management, all refunds are subject to a 15% deduction for online payment processing fees. Refunds will be credited directly to the bank or credit card account originally used for payment.
